How do you ensure the freshness of the cakes during shipping?

All our cakes and cheesecakes are baked to order, flash-frozen to preserve moisture, and shipped in insulated thermal packaging with dry ice or gel packs to maintain a consistent temperature until they reach your doorstep.

Can I schedule a specific delivery date for a special occasion?

Yes, you can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. We recommend choosing a date 1-2 days before your event to account for any potential carrier delays and to allow time for proper thawing.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

We have a dedicated selection of gluten-free and vegan cheesecakes. Please check the 'Dietary Needs' section on our menu. Note that while we follow strict sanitization protocols, our facility also processes wheat, nuts, and dairy.

How should I store my cake once it arrives?

What is your return policy for perishable food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours with a photo of the product, and we will issue a replacement or refund.
